When you think of using a chi machine, you might visualize a scene with soothing music in the background, relaxing the muscles and "zenning out".
On a variable speed machine like the Chi Vitalzier or Evergain Standard, you can definitely get that on the slow setting. But try turning up the dial. If you're comfortable with the speed it can be really invigorating!
I find that when I want to relax after a long day at work, slow speed is awesome. However In the morning I like starting slow then quickly turning it up. Blood gets going, get tingly, brain perks up....kinda like an early morning salsa dance sans the syncopation.
Try some some wake up time on your Chi Machine, let us know how it feels :)
